Biography

Halo 2

aPG started his professional Halo career at MLG Chicago 2006 as a member of Split Decision with J1fu, Zerowolf and Chapter X, placing outside of the top 32. He would continue to place outside of the top 32 (outside of the top 15 at the New York Playoffs) for the remainder of 2006 and into 2007, with Split Decision, XBLMatchup.com, FkN, i SpY and I ain got No MuLAAAAA. His first top 32 placing came at MLG Orlando 2007, where he placed 31st as a member of Fuel Injected.

Halo 3

aPG attended only two events in 2008. His first, Orlando, was disappointing, garnering a top 112 finish on Game Hard. He then attended MLG Dallas with 4 Reasons to Choke, placing outside of the top 8.

aPG finally started seeing results in 2009 as a member of High Society with Aries, Destin and GregoR, placing 12th at MLG Meadowlands 2009. They swapped Destin and Gregor for Monster and Trip before Columbus where they finished 20th. aPG then left to join Under the Influence with Batmayne, TalenT and Twylight, getting 7th in Dallas. For the final two events of the year in Anaheim and Orlando he would rejoin Destin, now with Enable and Tizoxic on Dynasty, getting 4th and 7th respectively.

He and Destin started 2010 alongside Maniac and Demon D on Believe The Hype, finishing 5th in Orlando and 3rd in Columbus. He and Destin would then rejoin Tizoxic on Dynasty for Raleigh getting 7th place with teammate Clutch. Tizoxic was then swapped for Heinz and they finished 3rd in D.C. and 6th in Dallas.

Halo: Reach

For the 2011 season, aPG and Clutch rejoined Maniac on Believe the Hype with Cloud for MLG Dallas 2011, getting 3rd place. He attended Columbus as a member of Impact, alongside Amish Acorns, Adrenaline and Lethul, getting 11th. He then joined Evil for Anaheim with Crimsix, Lethul and Twin Savior, getting 10th. He and Lethul would then join Ryanoob and Blaze on Infamous for the rest of the year. They would get aPG his first tournament victory in Raleigh and be taken down in the finals of Orlando before the squad finished 11th in Providence.

For the MLG Winter Championship 2012 aPG joined Ambush with Cloud, Formal and Heinz, where they finished in 3rd place. He then attended AGL 1 Chicago as a member of Avengers, where they placed 3rd.

Halo 4

aPG was successful throughout Halo 4, placing 2nd at its first and only MLG event, the MLG Fall Championship 2012 as a member of Ambush. Ambush stuck together for AGL 3 Chicago, placing 1st. aPG then left Ambush and struggled to find a consistent team for Halo 4, initially joining Status Quo and placing 4th at AGL 5 Nashville. At AGL 6 Pittsburgh, he took 1st place as a member of G4C Misfits. He then spent two events as a member of Warriors, placing 4th at AGL 7 Knoxville and 3rd at UMG Chicago 2013. In his last Halo 4 event, he joined Classic and took a 5-6th placing at AGL 8 Knoxville.

Halo 2: Anniversary

aPG returned to the Halo scene in late 2014, competing in the ESL MCC Launch Invitational as a member of Believe the Hype. BtH took 1st place at the event. aPG started out the inaugural HCS season as a member of BtH, taking 5th place at Iron Games Columbus 2014. He remained on the team until UGC St. Louis 2015, where they placed 9th. He then left BtH to join OpTic Halo, but before the next event, he left OpTic, citing lack of practice as a primary reason, and joined Noble Black. Noble Black went into Gamers For Giving 2015 with high expectations, but only managed a 9-12th place finish. However, they managed to hold onto their 8th seed going into the season finals at PAX East 2015, where they would stage a strong Losers Bracket run to place 3rd.

On March 15, aPG left Noble Black to join Denial eSports with Mikwen, Chig and Heinz.[12] The new squad did well at Iron Games Atlanta 2015, where they placed 2nd, managing to take a series from Evil Geniuses in the Grand Finals. At HCS Indianapolis, aPG and Denial took part in another intense series with Evil Geniuses, this time narrowly losing and being sent to the losers' finals, where they were defeated by Counter Logic Gaming to end their tournament with a 3rd place finish. At the HCS Season 2 Finals, aPG and Denial again came up short, finishing 3rd to close out the season.

Halo 5: Guardians

On August 12, Denial announced the disbandment of their Halo roster, making aPG a free agent. Over the following months, aPG heavily hinted towards forming a team with Heinz, iGotUrPistola and an unknown fourth. With this team still unannounced, aPG formed a temporary team, Daytona, with Aries, iTz So Frosty and Rabid, for Iron Games Daytona 2015. They finished 1st at the first ever open Halo 5 event. On November 10, aPG finally announced that he was joining Team EnVyUs alongside Heinz, Mikwen and iGotUrPistola.[13] After three online cups with EnVyUs, aPG and Heinz left the team to join Team Liquid alongside UnLegit and Ace. Liquid qualified for the NA Regional Finals as the 4th seed. Their first tournament was the X Games Aspen 2016 invitational, where they finished 5th - 8th. At NA Regionals, Liquid finished top 8, qualifying for Halo World Championship 2016. At Worlds, Liquid started off strong, winning their pool and securing a spot in the Championship Bracket. In the bracket, they were upset in the first round by Denial eSports, putting an end to their night with a top 8 finish.

After Worlds, Liquid made some roster changes, replacing Ace and Heinz with StelluR and Spartan. At the HCS Pro League Summer Qualifier 2016, Team Liquid failed to qualify for the HCS Pro League. On May 13th it was announced that due to circumstances beyond his control, aPG had chosen to temporarily forfeit his spot on the roster. On June 13th, after being their substitute for two weeks, aPG officially joined OpTic Gaming, replacing Naded on the roster. The season did not go well for OpTic, with a final record of 2-12 and an 8th place finish. They managed to keep their spot in the Pro League by finishing 2nd in the Relegation tournament.

On September 14th, it was revealed in an episode of Vision that OpTic was releasing its Halo roster and picking up the former Counter Logic Gaming roster. MaNiaC announced his retirement from competitive Halo in the video as well. The team began competing under the name LOL, playing with MaNiaC in their first match despite his retirement, and a variety of substitutes, notably including Renegade for a week, afterwards. After a poor start to the season, LOL were still left without a consistent fourth. They eventually settled on Eco, reuniting the HaloWC Team Liquid roster. The roster had a dramatic turnaround, winning the majority of its matches, and eventually picked up an organization in the form of the revitalized Str8 Rippin. Under Str8, the team ultimately completed its comeback, finishing with a 7-7 record good enough for 4th place. At HCS Las Vegas 2016, Str8 took 4th place, with victories over the likes of Evil Geniuses and European champions FAB Games eSports, and back-to-back losses to Team Allegiance. At the Season Finals, Str8 were unable to defeat Team EnVyUs or Team Liquid, resulting in a 4th place finish.

During the offseason, Eco left Str8 Rippin. He was eventually replaced by Renegade. At the first event of HaloWC 2017 season - UGC St. Louis 2017 - Str8 showed that they were still a top team, dominating lower-seeded teams and nearly defeating Team EnVyUs in the WB Semifinals. In Losers, they took out Inconceivable in a very close match before a loss to Team Liquid sent them home in 4th place. At ME Las Vegas 2017, Str8 defeated Luminosity Gaming in an intense 7-game series to qualify for Worlds. They ultimately finished top 6 after a 4-2 loss to Pnda Gaming. At Worlds, Str8 were placed in a group with FAB Games eSports and SoaR Gaming. They finished 1st in their pool after victories over both teams and met TMMT Crowd Pleasers in the first round. This time, they beat them 4-3, only to run into Team Liquid and get swept out of the Winners Bracket. In Losers, Str8 were placed against Splyce, who they defeated in a monumentally close 4-3 series. They were then swept by Team EnVyUs and sent home in 4th place.

After Worlds, Str8 made a team change, replacing the departing Renegade with Danoxide. At UMG Daytona, Str8 finished 3rd in its pool. They started off well in the main bracket with a 3-0 win over Believe the Hype, but were upset by Oxygen Supremacy in the following round. After wins over eRa Eternity and Ronin Esports in Losers, Str8 were swept by Team Liquid and bowed out with a top 6 finish. Midway the Summer 2017 Pro League, aPG left Str8 to join Luminosity Gaming alongside TriPPPeY, Saiyan, and Ninja. The team finished sixth in the standings. At DreamHack Atlanta, Luminosity finished in the top eight, following losses to Team Liquid and Evil Geniuses.

Going into the Fall Season, Luminosity replaced the retiring Ninja with Rayne. The new Luminosity finished fifth in the season. An early loss to Str8 Rippin sparked a fire in Luminosity at DreamHack Denver, with the team winning three straight matches and nearly overthrowing Team EnVyUs before bowing out with a top six finish.

aPG left Luminosity during the long post-Denver break, ultimately forming a new team alongside Lunchbox, Ace, and rising amateur Neptune. The team initially competed as Instinct before being signed by Renegades on February 9th. At MLG Orlando, Renegades finished in the top six, losing only to OpTic Gaming and Team Reciprocity. The fifth seeded Renegades were able to qualify for Worlds out of pool play at MLG Columbus. They finished in the top six after 3-0 losses to Team Reciprocity and Team EnVyUs. At Worlds, Renegades finished second in their pool, losing 3-1 to TOX Gaming. In the first round of bracket play, Renegades were narrowly defeated by Team EnVyUs 4-3. They went down to the losers bracket where they took out Team Infused 4-1 before being swept by Team Reciprocity and sent home with a top six finish.

Halo: Infinite

Originally, aPG signed with Sentinels but was replaced by Frosty. On October 12, 2020, aPG signed with Team Envy alongside IGotUrPistola, TriPPPeY, and Lucid.
