Biography
Halo 5: Guardians
Artic made a name for himself in the lead-up to Halo World Championship 2016, earning a substantial amount of points through the MLG online qualifier series. In the LCQ, his team Cooked, featuring A Smart Camper, Sypher and Rabid finished in the top eight, failing to qualify for Worlds.
Artic returned to action in the lead-up to the Summer 2016 Pro League, joining team Showtime alongside A Smart Camper, Cafe Con Leche and SwiSh. The team finished in the top sixteen in the LCQ, failing to qualify for the Pro League. In June, Artic and Camper joined Potential alongside Kaotic and Vizoxin. After mixed results in the final two open cups of the season, Potential replaced Camper with JR2 for the Open Circuit Finals. Potential finished in the top six, failing to qualify for Relegation.
Artic returned to prominence during Halo World Championship 2017 season, first joining Switch Up alongside Claim, Nemassist and Rammyy before joining Second Nature alongside TireIron, Musa and Brainstorm. Second Nature finished in the top sixteen at ME Las Vegas after losses to Team EnVyUs and Evil Geniuses.
In May, Artic joined Wise Gaming alongside Cloud, TiZoXiC and Juziro. Wise finished in the top twelve at UMG Daytona, notably beating Atria United before falling to Splyce. Later in the month, Artic and Juziro formed Frenemies alongside BabyJ and Daffs. After a top four finish in a Legendary Cup, BabyJ left and was replaced by King Nick. The team's performance suffered and they disbanded shortly after. For the final week, Artic joined Nerds alongside Claim, TireIron and Scaryotic. Artic and Claim then joined Olympus eSports alongside Neastlake and Sceptify, finishing in the top eighteen at DreamHack Atlanta, narrowly missing out on the Championship Bracket.
At the start of the Fall 2017 Open Circuit, Artic joined French Toast Mafia alongside Cloud, D3M0N D and Rammyy. After a strong finish in their first week, Artic and Demon D joined up with Claim and the legendary Naded. The new team joined the CheckSix Gaming organization and won its first cup together. At DreamHack Denver, CheckSix finished in the top sixteen after losses to Team EnVyUs and Team CryptiK.
Artic left CheckSix going into Halo World Championship 2018 season, ultimately joining the team of Suspector, eL ToWn, and Sabinater. The team originally competed as CbK before being signed by Fyra Gaming on February 9. At MLG Orlando, Fyra were able to go on an Elimination Bracket run and earn a top six finish before bowing out to Team Reciprocity. Shortly after Orlando, the Fyra roster was acquired by Elevate. Elevate finished second in their pool at MLG Columbus, safely qualifying for Worlds. They then lost two close matches to Renegades and Oxygen Supremacy, resulting in a top eight finish. At Worlds, Elevate finished second in its pool, losing 3-1 to Team EnVyUs. In the first round of bracket play, they lost 4-1 to TOX Gaming, but rebounded with a 4-0 sweep over Str8 Rippin in losers. In the following round, they were swept by EnVyUs and sent home with a top six finish.
