Fnatic is a professional gaming organization based out of England, Australia, and Netherlands. Founded by Sam Mathews with Joris Van Laerhoven and Anne Mathews in 2004. They acquired a roster of SK Gaming in 2009 to start their journey in Halo and console gaming.

History

Halo 3

Fnatic's first North American event was at MLG Orlando.[1] They placed 22nd.

In 2010, Fnatic returned to North America for MLG Columbus placing 23rd.

Halo: Reach

2011 - 2012: Noth American Investment

Fnatic returned to Halo in 2011, signing Gimme My Money. Their first event they placed 19th. Elitest and Mikwen were then replaced by Prototype and Russo. Their peak performance would happen at Anaheim, placing 3rd

2012

Fnatic returned with the same roster to the MLG Winter Championships placing 7-8th.

Halo 4

Fnatic returned for the first ever Halo 4 event at MLG Fall Championship with a 17-24th placing.

2013

After the departure of Str8 SicK and no announced tournaments for months the roster stayed quiet. BesT MaN was acquired few weeks before AGL Nashville. They improved their placing with a 9-12th placing. Fnatic's last event would be AGL Knoxville where Ryanoob replaced BesT MaN. They placed 3rd. Weeks after the event Spikemouth would announce that the the Halo team has left the organization, citing management negligence towards the Halo division as one of the main factors.
