Andrew "KillerDrew" Noriega is a retired American player well known for his time with teams such as Heaven and Earth and Purgatory.
Biography
Andrew "KillerDrew" Noriega grew up in Southern California. He began playing Halo 2 XBL in 2004 and quickly fell in love. He met PoWeeZy in 2v2 matchmaking where they impressed one another. They began playing 2v2 together and quickly climbed the leaderboards. They began to team with one another and planned on competing in MLG. They placed well, but not well enough to support travel. After top 24 finishes in both Dallas and Anaheim 2006, KillerDrew quit Halo 2. in 2008, KillerDrew sustained an injury and lost scholarships to college in track and soccer. KillerDrew reconnected with PoWeeZy, a now household name, and was able to find his way back into the competitive circuit. KillerDrew teamed with Artofwar, Sean Wayne and Joe Fries (Brother of TotZ) during Toronto and Dallas 2008, where they placed top 32. PoWeeZy was again impressed with KillerDrew's tournament play and decided to team with KillerDrew once again. This was the beginning of Heaven and Earth in Halo 3 - a team comprised of KillerDrew, PoWeeZy, Perplexity and Hokum.
Throughout his Halo career, KillerDrew turned down offers from Classic, Status Quo, Str8 Rippin and more. He often said he wanted to be equivalent to Heaven and Earth that TSquared was to Str8 Rippin. After Halo 3, KillerDrew teamed with Legit, Naded and Karma to form Perfect Storm. They competed in the first Halo Reach tournament with a disappointing finish. KillerDrew retired from Halo after the first Halo Reach tournament in Dallas.
KillerDrew is now a cybersecurity engineer and has returned to gaming as a streamer. He can be found on https://Twitch.tv/KDrew and at https://twitter.com/KilllerDrew.
