Biography

Robby El-Zein/Faulk is from Stuttgart, Germany. He started competing during Halo 2: Anniversary and soon rose to prominence in the German scene.

Halo 2: Anniversary

At the age of 16, as a member of dzs, Kimbo attended EGL Battle of Europe 2015 and was the youngest player at the event. The roster consisted of himself, GunnR, BlizZ and Panic. dzs finished 4th at Kimbo's first major European event.

Halo 5: Guardians

Kimbo eventually joined FAB Games eSports alongside Speed, MonKey and Doodle. The roster was able to qualify for the HWC 2016 EMEA Regional Finals. At Regionals, FAB upset the heavily favored Team Dignitas in Group Stage, which eventually lead to their unexpected top 4 finish and qualification for Halo World Championship 2016. At Worlds, FAB finished top 16, taking home $25,000.

After Worlds, Kimbo set his sights towards qualifying for the Summer 2016 season of the EU HCS Pro League. He formed an Online Warriors roster alongside Snakey, Respectful and Mose. The team successfully qualified for Pro League in the Summer Qualifier, finishing 2nd. Shortly afterward, they were picked up by esports organization U4X eSports. U4X went undefeated over the course of the season, finishing 10-0. During the season, they replaced Snakey with TuFoxy. Prior to the Season Finals, the U4X roster was acquired by Kimbo's old organization - FAB Games eSports. At the Finals, FAB continued its winning streak, taking 1st place.

During the last day of roster transfers for the Summer-Fall offseason, Kimbo was dropped from FAB. He quickly joined Team Infused alongside Batchford, Phlux and Havoc. Early in the Fall Season, Havoc was released from the team and replaced by a returning Doodle. This lineup was notably the first to take a series off of FAB Games eSports in the Pro League. Infused ultimately ended up finishing 7-3, good enough for 3rd place in the standings. At the Season Finals, Infused defeated Team Vibe and PuLse Gaming handily, but were unable to take a single game off of FAB in the LAN setting, settling for 2nd place.

During the offseason, Batchford and Doodle left Infused. They were eventually replaced by Qristola and Snakey from Team Vibe. The new Infused's first task was qualifying for Halo World Championship 2017. To do so, they'd need a top 2 finish at Gfinity London 2017. After a narrow 3-2 loss to FAB Games eSports in the Winners' Finals, Infused were upset in a 4-3 loss to Supremacy in the Losers' Finals, resulting in a heartbreaking 3rd place finish. The following week, Infused finished 3rd once again in the Last Chance Qualifier, with Snipedrone having replaced Qristola.

Going into the Summer Pro League, Infused made two major roster changes, with Phlux and Snipedrone being replaced by Batchford and Quadios. Despite a 2-0 start to the season, Batchford was dropped, replaced by Respectful. With Respectful on board, Infused finished first in the season with a nearly perfect record, dropping only one map with the new roster over three matches and qualifying for a spot in the Championship Bracket at DreamHack Atlanta. In Atlanta, Infused were able to beat European rivals Vexed Gaming, but could not put a dent in the two American squads they faced - Splyce and Evil Geniuses, falling 3-0 to both teams and finishing in the top twelve.

With the offseason came a major roster change for Infused. Gone were Quad and Snakey, replaced by Jimbo and Mose. This reunited three of the four members of the legendary FAB Games eSports team that dominated Europe for the majority of 2016, with Kimbo filling in for the retired TuFoxy. The new Infused were unstoppable, winning two of the three Open Cups for the Fall European Circuit and finishing second in the other. At Gfinity London, Infused were dominant, dropping only one game all tournament (to Supremacy in the Grand Finals]]) and establishing themselves as the undisputed #1 team outside North America. At DreamHack Denver, Infused were again granted a bye into the Championship Bracket for their efforts in London. This time they put the spot to good use, immediately taking out an American pro team in Team CryptiK. Infused were halted in the next round by a formidable opponent in Team EnVyUs, but they bounced back with a victory over Vexed Gaming before earning another impressive upset over the American Str8 Rippin. In the following round, they were beaten 3-1 by eventual event runners-up Team Liquid, but with a top six finish, Infused were able to leave with their heads held high, having set a new placing record for European teams at North American events.

At the beginning of Halo World Championship 2018 season, Jimbo was dropped from Infused and formed Dark Souls 4 alongside SLG, Qristola, and Phlux, but quickly returned to Infused with the same roster the following week. Infused went into MLG Orlando as the #1 European seed, but finished with a top twelve placing after losses to Splyce, Team EnVyUs, and Fyra Gaming. Infused rebounded at home at Gfinity London, cruising to a near flawless victory with only a single game dropped all tournament and qualifying for Worlds. At Worlds, Infused were the only non-American team to make it out of pool play, finishing second in their group after beating Oxygen Supremacy 3-0. Unfortunately, Infused could not take more than a game from either opponent they faced in the championship bracket, losing 4-1 to both Splyce and Renegades and going home with a top eight finish.
