Biography
Halo 5: Guardians
Lunny, alongside GodShot, Snakey and Havoc, joined exceL eSports in 2015, hoping to qualify for Halo World Championship 2016. They would first have to qualify for the EMEA Regional Finals through the Gfinity UK qualifying circuit. At Halo World Championship Tour: London, exceL finished 4th, failing to earn a spot at Regionals. They then made modifications to the roster, replacing theHavoc and GodShot with Riotz and CreepeazY. The new squad finished 1st in the UK Last Chance Qualifier, earning a spot in the Regional Finals. At Regionals, exceL qualified for Worlds with a strong 2nd place finish. At Worlds, exceL finished top 16.
After Worlds, Lunny looked towards qualifying for the Summer 2016 Pro League. He and Riotz formed Realist Tins alongside Ramirez and Speed. They managed to qualify at the last possible moment. During the season, Realist Tins fell to the bottom of the standings. Eventually, they replaced Speed with SeptiQ and joined his Team Vibe organization. After replacing Ramirez with Snakey and reuniting 3/4ths of the exceL eSports Worlds lineup, Vibe managed to rise to 4th in the standings, enough to qualify for Finals. At the Finals, they finished 3rd.
After Finals, Lunny was released from Vibe and joined XMEN alongside Chalkie, Ramirez and Anima. In the midst of the season, XMEN were signed by VwS Gaming. Anima was then released and replaced by Riotz. VwS ultimately finished 5th in the standings and faced Relegation. At Relegation, they were defeated early by Egoed, but managed to defeat Prophecy and, in a rematch, Egoed to retain their pro status.
During the offseason, Lunny and Ramirez left VwS to join Team Vibe alongside SeptiQ and Batchford. On February 13, the Team Vibe roster was acquired by London Conspiracy. London Conspiracy looked to qualify for Halo World Championship 2017 with a top 2 finish at Gfinity London 2017, but were unable to after a 3-0 loss to Supremacy sent them home with a top 6 finish. After Gfinity London, Batchford left the team and was replaced by Qristola. The new roster was able to finish 1st in the Last Chance Qualifier and qualify for Worlds. At Worlds, London Conspiracy finished in the top 12 after losses to Luminosity Gaming, Team Liquid and TMMT Crowd Pleasers.
Looking toward the Summer 2017 Pro League, Lunny left London Conspiracy to join the roster carrying the seed of the dominant FAB Games eSports, now known as The Lads, alongside Respectful, Mose and Riotz. Despite back-to-back wins to start the season, Respectful left The Lads and was replaced by Morguh. The new roster was quickly signed by Vexed Gaming. Vexed won only one map over the remaining three matches of the season and finished in fourth with a 2-3 record, just good enough to qualify for the Championship Bracket at DreamHack Atlanta. In Atlanta, Vexed were taken out in the opening round by Team Infused before being swept out of the event by eRa Eternity, resulting in a top sixteen finish.
During the offseason, Vexed replaced the departing Mose and Morguh with Qristola and Quadios. After top three finishes in two of the three Fall 2017 Circuit cups, Vexed attended Gfinity London 2017, where they finished third, beating exceL eSports and Endpoint but losing twice to Supremacy. The finish was strong enough to qualify Vexed for the Open Bracket at DreamHack Denver. In Denver, Vexed took the Open Bracket by storm, dropping only one map on their way into the top sixteen. They started the Championship Bracket off questionably with a 3-0 loss to Evil Geniuses, but turned things around with a 3-0 victory over Radiant Esports. In the second Elimination round, it was not an American team that beat Vexed, but European rivals Team Infused, who sent them home with a top twelve finish.
During the lead-up to Halo World Championship 2018 season, Qristola left and was replaced by Snipedrone. Vexed were impressive early in the Halo World Championship 2018 season, ultimately going into MLG Orlando as the #2 team in Europe. After finishing third in their group, Vexed defeated Mentality Esports to secure top twelve before being eliminated by Str8 Rippin in a sweep. The following week, Vexed attended Gfinity London, where they finished second to Team Infused, qualifying for Worlds.
