Dillon "Randa" Randa is an American player for eRa Eternity. He is well known for his time with teams such as Winterfox, eLevate and his eponymous team, Team Randa.

Biography

Halo 2: Anniversary

Randa, who was at the time a well-known player in the scene who had yet to attend a major event, started off his professional career when he joined Noble Black with Arkanum, ContrA and Blaze for UGC St. Louis 2015. His team ended up finishing 9-12th. He then parted ways with Noble and sat out the remainder of Season 1.

On March 18, Randa announced that he was teaming with ContrA, Naded and RyaNoob. They went under the name of Team Randa for the preseason, where they won the first Preseason Cup and placed top 6 in the second one, earning the #1 seed going into Iron Games Atlanta 2015. It was then announced that the roster had been acquired by Winterfox for HCS Season 2. Winterfox placed 4th in Atlanta, being eliminated by Cloud9 after notably upsetting Counter Logic Gaming, resulting in a rare sub-top 3 placing for Royal2 and SnakeBite. Winterfox underwent a roster change in between events, replacing ContrA with Arkanum. The new roster's first appearance was at HCS Indianapolis 2015, but they did not show any improvement in the standings, repeating their placing of 4th. Randa and Winterfox lost a step at the HCS Season 2 Finals, closing out their season with a top 6 finish.

Halo 5: Guardians

On August 22, Winterfox announced that they were parting ways with Randa. Later that day eLevate announced its new roster featuring Randa alongside Suspector, iTz So Frosty and UnLegit. Over the following months, the eLevate roster slowly fell apart as Frosty, UnLegit and Suspector left for other teams. Eventually, eLevate formed a new roster not including Randa, leaving Randa to rejoin Winterfox now alongside RyaNoob, Arkanum and Shooter.

Going into the Halo World Championship 2016 qualifying series, Winterfox replaced the departing Naded with Shooter. After five weeks of mostly strong finishes in qualifiers, Winterfox were hit by Rostermania as Arkanum left and was hastily replaced by Domey right before the lock deadline. The new Winterfox had enough points to qualify for the NA Regional Finals as the 14th seed. Unfortunately, they were placed into a stacked pool and could not make it out, missing their chance at qualifying for Worlds.

After Worlds season, Randa returned to the eLevate organization, now alongside Hysteria, Aries and Heinz. Looking to get into the Pro League, eLevate failed to make it into the Summer Qualifier and set their sights on the Last Chance Qualifier. After replacing Aries with Danoxide, eLevate were still unable to qualify, falling just short after 4-2 losses to both qualifying teams. Following their failure to qualify for Pro League, eLevate quietly let Swift Kill go and replaced him with Falcated as they began competing in the Open Circuit. After nearly half of the Open Circuit season, the departing Danoxide, picked up by a Pro League team, was replaced by Renegade. After another week of competition, eLevate's roster suffered another blow, as Heinz was acquired by a Pro team. With Falcated's subsequent departure, eLevate lost its Open Circuit points and eLevate picked up three players from the Catastrophe roster - Brainstorm, Nemassist and Vtec, and acquired the team's points. The team ended up finishing 2nd in the Open Circuit Finals, enough to qualify for Relegation and a chance at a Pro League spot. At the Relegation event, eLevate went winless, losing 4-0 to both Team Liquid and OpTic Gaming and missing out on a spot.

During the offseason, Randa reformed Team Randa alongside Rammyy, MoNsTcR and MuNoZ. The team finished 3rd at 2050 Chattanooga and disbanded shortly after. Randa returned to eLevate, now alongside Aries, TireIron and BabyJ. After a few weeks of less than stellar results, eLevate released its roster, leaving their trip to ESA Orange County in jeopardy. Saving the way was MoneyMatches, who sponsored the team, which attended the event as MoneyMatches Ego Rangers with Str8 SicK in BabyJ's place. They finished in the top 8. The full roster reunited the following week in the Open Circuit, but after another poor finish, the team disbanded and Randa formed Daddy & the Daycare alongside Brainstorm, Renegade and Vtec. After closing out the Open Circuit in much stronger form than he had started, Randa and his team were signed by BitterSweet. They then attended ME Las Vegas, hoping to qualify for Relegation through the on-site Open Circuit Finals. They finished in the top 6, failing to make Relegation, and top 12 in the general tournament, failing to win any money.

Going into Halo World Championship 2017 season, Randa assembled a new Team Randa roster with Cloud, TireIron and Vtec. They finished top 12 at UGC St. Louis 2016. After skipping ME Las Vegas 2017, Randa assembled a new roster with Naxxis, APHM and Dragoniak. They failed to get into the Last Chance Qualifier, ending Randa's Worlds hopes.

After Worlds season, Randa assembled another new roster with Commonly, BabyJ and Skeptical. After winning their first placement cup, they replaced Skeptical with Prototype and the roster was acquired by eRa Eternity shortly after. At UMG Daytona, eRa finished in the top 12 after losses to Evil Geniuses and Str8 Rippin.
