I was just following how Esportspedia works with separate rosters you normally have to create a second page due to the Teams Portal. Which I'll update soon to Esportspedia standard.
I had a chat with Jarrett & he said that Team eLevate is okay, since the name of the org is ELEVATE but the teams that compete underneath the org are Team eLevate. Also, if we choose to name them eLevate, then we need to change it on both the CoDpedia and SMITEpedia, which everyone disagrees with since the commentators & Leagues name them "Team eLevate"
Thank you for helping shape the wordings a bit better on the Renegades and Cloud9 info pages. :)! Mine were pretty bad so I'll try to do better in the future!
Hey Jarrett, do you think that we could just classify this tournament as ongoing rather than having 20 page links in the calender? It's just that the calender looks really cramped at the moment, and it's really bothering me hahahaha. If there is any alternatives let me know but for now I'm just going to put a <noinclude> between the first 3 "future" events all the way to the tenth "past" event (maybe less if it doesn't fit). - lxrcombe (talk) 09:06, 8 September 2016 (UTC)
If you had an issue with how Stress's page was done you only needed to make minor adjustments if nothing else. By deleting the whole page, which took an hour of work I'd like to add, upset Stress personally and took away -8400 on the view history. His career was clearly well done and should have been checked if this was done by mistake.
I already spoke to River and he said the format is fine I just need to use less past tense words repeatedly such as "would" and to add a little less detail in the future to avoid clogging the pages. As of right now it would be an insult to me to delete the good work put in so far. Just leave it as it is since it is good work and I'll try in the future to make the pages more concise. You should know I get messages on twitter all the time from pros saying they wish their pages were like the ones I did. You really should make the format the way I do it.
The Team Solstice page was definitely worth keeping, the roster had placed top 8 in just about every event they attended and will definitely be a mark in Halo 5: Guardians history. Stress has named himself one of the stronger players in H5 as well as his duo Kaiss who has been competing in Halo a long time. They're essentially the next Darkest Hour and deserve a team page. And again, I spent a LOT of time gathering all the intel to make that page as well as the others. Please stop deleting pages that had a lot of hard work put into them. You mentioned before what if Ogre 2's page had been done similar. I'd be prepared to make that a project and do that page in my format if you were to let me commit to this. I'm doing players justice giving them a story and again I've gotten a lot of good rep from community members about how this is the way it should've been done from the start. Thank you for your understanding.
Hello! Maybe it's sound weird but please remove my "Editors" right! I'm not that good. Besides, I usually don't edit Halo wiki that much! -PurpleCurse (talk) 08:34, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
