Justin YosH Theriault is the coach of Noble Black. As a player he competed at local events but made his name in the community through online play. He decided to turn to coaching in the professional scene instead of trying to compete as a player.

HCS Season 1
His first event as a professional coach was Gamers For Giving 2015 where he was coaching Noble Black. The team did not meet their own expectation and finished top 12. Despite the disappointing finish the team prepare for the season 1 finals at PAX East 2015 where they would fare much better. After dropping the first game of the tournament to Vibe they went on to win the next three games to move past the seeding round. They would face the eventual tournament champions Evil Geniuses in the first round and be sent to the losers bracket. Despite this early set back they would go on to make it all the way to the Losers Bracket finals where they would meet Counter Logic Gaming in a tense 5 game series. The fifth and final game was Slayer on Shrine and had to be replayed 4 additional times in order to decide a victor. Although they lost the series they finished 3rd overall at the event and the series against CLG is already being touted as one of the best series in the history of halo, cementing Noble Black in halo history.
